Important dates for Sabattis planning:
Monday Feb 6 th   Provisional registration + $100 deposit due (Note: Not applicable to Cub Scouts Crossing over 2012)

Monday April 2nd   First planning meeting and Merit badge selection.
Monday April 17th   Full fees due by check made out to TROOP 152
Monday May 7th   Last day for Cross over sign up
Monday May 23rd   Parents and Scout meeting ALL Parents and Scouts must attend - After Court of Awards
W/C 6/4   Patrol Meetings by Patrol
Sunday July 8th   Leave for Sabattis, Meet IC Car Park at 07:30 - SHARP
Saturday July 14th   Return from Sabattis

Required paperwork
The forms required to enable Scouts to attend BSA Summer Camp, in fact to attend any Childrens camp in NYS are extremely important and they are reviewed by a number of people prior to a Scout or Leader being allowed to attend. The dates for forms are being tightened every year and consequently there will be a change for 2012.

The following paperwork must be included when registration forms are handed in, this is no later thanwPrior to February 6th. Medical forms must be the 2011 imprint, Part B - is permission and Part C is physical

Final paperwork must be handed in absolutely no laqter than Court of Awards on May 23rd.

Cub Scouts Crossing Over 2012 and going to Sabattis with the troop in July
Cub Scouts crossing over to the troop in 2012 do not need to meet the payment dates shown above. As soon as Cub Scouts cross over details of Sabattis will be supplied. New Scouts attending Sabattis must attend one weekend camp out with the troop prior to going to Sabattis, to experience being away from home over night and to understand the Patrol system used at Sabattis Scout Reservation. The recommended Camp out for 2012 is the 2012 SPRING CAMP-O-REE, TBD, Location to be advised, See Troop calendar for details.

ALL Parents and Scouts must attend the Parents evening on May 21st.
