Important dates for Sabattis planning:

Monday Feb 8 th		Provisional registration + $100 deposit due (Note: Not applicable to Cub Scouts Crossing over 2010)
Monday April 5th		First planning meeting and Merit badge selection.
Monday April 20th		Full fees due by check made out to TROOP 152
Monday May 10th		Last day for Cross over sign up
Monday May 17th		All Medical forms, MUST BE RETURNED -- PLEASE! - -Scouts and Adults Note with the Medical form changes on 1/1/2010, Part A,B and C should already be complete. Which will include all the following Medical Part A, (General Information) Medical Part B, (Medical Authorization, signed by GP) Medical Part C, Parental Permission and Release Form (Signed by Parent) Copy of Vaccination dates, NY state requires all dates not just last in Series. Following forms will still be required Summer Camp Medical Permission Form ASC Trek Form Copy of Medical card if not already included on Medical Part C.

W/C 6/7th		Patrol Meetings by Patrol
Sunday July 11th		Leave for Sabattis, Meet IC Car Park at 07:30 - SHARP

Cub Scouts Crossing Over 2010 and wishing to attend Sabattis with the troop in July
Cub Scouts crossing over to the troop in 2010 do not need to meet the payment dates shown above. As soon as Cub Scouts cross over details of Sabattis will be supplied. New Scouts attending Sabattis must attend one weekend camp out with the troop prior to going to Sabattis, to experience being away from home over night and to understand the Patrol system used at Sabattis Scout Reservation. The recommended Camp out for 2010 is the 2010 SPRING CAMP-O-REE, May 14^th - 16^th, Location to be advised, See Troop calendar for details.

ALL Parents and Scouts must attend the Parents evening on May 17^th.
